We are excited to announce that mortgage lenders Kim Kelley and Keri Hankus have been named as two of NH’s top lenders by the Warren Group. (The Warren Group was established in 1872 and collects and compiles data on real estate sales and ownership throughout New England.)
Kim Kelley is the Vice President of our Mortgage Lending Team. She ranked 8th in the state of New Hampshire among all banks in dollar volume of loans. Additionally, in South Eastern New Hampshire she was named 4th for dollar volume of loans generated and 5th for total number of loans generated. Kim joined the Bank in 1997. Her primary role is to work with customers from application through closing and then servicing their loan.
Keri Hankus was promoted to AVP Loan Officer in 2016. She has over 17 years of experience within the Mortgage Lending Department. She has been named 5th for dollar volume of loans generated and 4th in South Eastern New Hampshire for total number of loans generated. Like Kim, her role is to work with customers through the life of their mortgage loan.
