At Salem Co-operative Bank, we continue to closely monitor the latest news and updates surrounding the Coronavirus. Our top priority is to ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers, employees and communities. With cases spiking in recent days, we have made the decision to close our lobbies at this time.
Although our drive-ups will remain open and we can service many of your banking needs in this manner, we encourage you to use electronic banking services whenever possible to do your banking remotely. With Online Banking and our Mobile Banking app you can bank virtually anytime, anywhere.
• Check balances
• Pay your bills
• Transfer funds
• Deposit checks
If you aren’t already enrolled in our Online Banking, you can enroll today at www.salemcoop.com. Then, simply drop off or scan and email your application to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email you with a temporary password to get you started. Once you have successfully signed into Online Banking, go to your app store to download our Mobile Banking app for added convenience. You’ll be banking from the comfort of your home or on-the-go in no time.
We have also recently expanded our ATM network to provide you with more options for fee free cash withdrawals. Visit our Allpoint locator at https://www.salemcoop.com/atm-locator/ or MoneyPass at https://www.moneypass.com/atm-locator.html to find a location near you.
In addition to following the guidelines to stay healthy, we also encourage you to take steps to protect your confidential information as well. Remember, the bank will never contact you by phone, email or through our website to request your social security number, account number, passwords or PINs. However, if you contact us, we may ask for information to confirm your identity.
We encourage you to continue to exercise good judgement in your daily lives. We will provide updates as needed.
